Sweet, sun-ripened Texas cantaloupe is folded into a silky cantaloupe custard and nestled inside our flaky all-butter crust with just a little salty pretzel crust mixed in for crunch.
Piled high with a tangy sour cream whip and finished with fresh lime zest, this pie is cool, creamy, salty, bright, and just a little unexpected.
