Our kitchen is our canvas, changing with the seasons, inspired by our farmers, and grounded in a commitment to doing things differently. This is our stand against the “norm.”

Open Monday through Thursday, we serve breakfast, lunch, and now dinner, alongside a pastry case stacked with both traditional and gluten-free goods, a rotating hot line, and a thoughtfully stocked pantry for your grab-n-go needs.

Here, everything starts with intention: real food, local sourcing, and zero shortcuts. No seed oils. No soy. No preservatives. No fillers. Just food made the right way—the kind you feel good about eating and sharing. It’s about process and intention. Not convenience. That is our rebellion. 

Whether you’re stopping in for coffee and a hand pie, a hot seasonal lunch, locally milled flour to take home, or a comforting dinner among friends, the Bakehouse is here! Alive with good food, gratitude, and a bit of rebel spirit.

Menus:

Our kitchen menu changes daily. You will find breakfast plates, toasts & sandwiches on our sourdough bread. Then at noon we switch it up and have lunch and heartier items.

The pastry case menu is fresh daily and loaded up by 9am & daily items are first come first serve. We do sell out of our favorites, so come early!
