Made with a blend of flours, including heirloom Butler’s Gold wheat from Barton Springs Mill, this classic sourdough is naturally leavened, slowly fermented, and baked to develop a beautifully caramelized crust.
Inside, you'll find a tender crumb full of nooks and crannies just waiting to catch melting butter, jam, olive oil, or whatever goodness you have on hand. It’s the loaf we reach for every day—for toast, sandwiches, soup nights, and gathering around the table.
